Suposse I have a doc lib and I want that files in my library could only seen by me.
No access to farm admin
No access by web services
Any ideas?

One thing that I hope you do understand is that the SharePoint Farm Admins do have access to the Service Account passwords. These can be decrypted by a user with Local Administrator and Farm Administrator rights.
