How i can add existing content database of SP2010 which has sub site with 5GB of data at site collection level of SP2013 .
currently when i am trying to add the parent content db at site collection level i am not able to browse the site which were uploaded on the site.

Can you talk me through the steps you carried out please?
I am hoping to find out things such as was the DB containing the 2010 site collation associated with a web app that used claims based or classic authentication?
I am presuming that the above is not an issue though as you would have encountered an issue when attaching the 2010 database to the 2013 web application.
If all of the above went smooth, then when browsing to the 2013 web application, you should now see the site collections still in their 2010 state with the option to upgrade the site collection. Have you got that far?
