I am trying to set a new Workflow to review new Discussion posts in the Community Site (basically, after a new user creates a new post, it gets send to the moderator before publishing)
I created steps up to here but i cannot seem to identify the next steps to review
Any advice?
For email notifications, why not just use Alerts feature when new items are added together with Content Approval in the Discussions List?Â

Yes, as Fred suggested, alerts are an option if you need notification for limited users which can be configured easily. But if you have a long list of user, workflow with email is best option where you can set customized message too.
For a review, it would be something similar to an approval. But you don’t really need a workflow for the review process.
You just need to do enable the “Content Approval” in the list. So any new post will be visible only to the user who created the post & to the approvers. Approvers can approve the content directly from the list view or the display form of the post.
If you need a notification to be sent to the approvers, you can just write a workflow on item added & use a “send email” to send custom notification to approvers asking for approval.
To create an approval in workflow for the discussion post the user first needs to confirm the account and then the moderator will moderate the post then after it will be published. Quickbooks support most of the posts were moderated first then they were published.
