I have Two Site Collection Site A and Site B In both the Site Collection I Have A Document Library now when I create a File in a Document Library which in site collection A I want to create a same file in Site collection B document Library but with different Content type, how can I achieve this please help I have tried SDP 2013 but it is not creating Please help me

You can try to create a “Drop Off Library” via Content Organizer in SharePoint. This can route and copy documents to different places when you upload them.
May I ask what the purpose is for copying the file?
