I created a Task for submit the form to Approval. They requested that before they give decision, they need to check the attachment file content within email.
I used SPD 2010 and tried to set workflow like:
Attachment file: [%Current Item:Attachments%]
and this is the result when Workflow ran:
Attachment file: True (if got attachment file) and False (if not)
So, how can I display the attachment file name by SPD? Or, do we have any other solution?

No, it just show the condition: True/False
Ex: I attached the excel file in the task form. And used syntax: Attachment file: [%Current Item:Attachments%] in body email. This is a result:
Attachment file: True
And now, I looking for any help that could we display the attachment file name (including the link) in share-point?
