May be I am wrong, but in my view when we use search delegate (OOTB search control) control, It will work only with default site collection level.
Hi Mats,
I have set different prefix in two site collections with document ID feature enabled, but I also find the same as ajeet.
document is getting find only in respective site collection , not the different site collection in my case.
Can you please let me know where I may wrong ?
Thanks and Regards,
Dipti
Thanks Mats,
I have tried this but not getting result. May be some mistakes I am doing.
Search index all sitecollections if you do not configure it to do something else.
You can search in the search texbox by typing:
DocId:”[DocumentIdNumber]”
With a document id:
DocId:”YY7PPZHWQVY7-5-3″
