I create a new Web application on SharePoint 2013 but when I try to access the page I got the following message : The webpage cannot be found.
How to fix this issue?

Did you created root site collection? If you have created host header web application then host header name must should be resolved in DNS. Otherwise u can’t browse site collection. This is your first web application in farm? R u able to access through local host?
