I create a new Web application on SharePoint 2013 but when I try to access the page I got the following message : The webpage cannot be found.
How to fix this issue?

Yes I created a root site collection and this web application is in DNS.

have you created a root site collecton? is this web application is a host name web application and does this have a DNS created in DNS Manager?
