I have been building a custom Association form for a workflow in VS2013 which is great at capturing default values after the workflow is bound to a list. However, I want the user to supply form values when each instance of the workflow is triggered, say when a major version is checked in ready to be approved. This is normally the job of the initiation form IF the workflow is manually triggered. Hence, is there a way around this restriction?
