I have a requirement of moving sharepoint survey list data from local environment to Sharepoint Online site without using any thirdparty tool.
Using code also is fine.Please let me know if any one has idea about this.

Hi, Try this to move to sharepoint online
- Go into your list’s settings page and click on “Save list as Template”
- Check off the “Include Content” option
- Click the “Download a Copy” button (it’ll generate a .stp file)
- Access the “List Templates” on your Site Settings page
- Upload the template you just generated to your Sharepoint Online list template gallery
- Repeat for every single list
Another method is to try a cheap Sharepoint Migration Tool by which you can easily drag & drop .

Not an option.
On a regular list, yes … on a survey, no.
