I have deployed Application Page in Style Library . Now

This Deployed Page Use Default Application Page CSS so tell me how we can override the application page css

Whenever we change the default application page class so that all site application page effected by this so please give me any suggestion

You have a few options:

Edit the application page. This isn’t good because future patches will overwrite the changes.
Edit the master page.
Use the custom action pattern to deploy JavaScript to the page that does the CSS.
