I have a list called CustomList contains ( projectstatus (choiceColumn contain(inprogress,approved,Not-yet started)),Approverlevel1 (people picker) ). If i provide item in projectstatus column and select approver name in people picker field means, mail need to be send to selected approvers for approve or reject secenario

You should be able to implement this easily using a SharePoint designer. This is a straight forward implementation.
