I want to take backup of my Office 365 account and I don’t know how to do this in Mac OS if there some techniques which have some knowledge of Mac OS and solutions the please help me.
There are ample options for Office 365 backup tool options on Mac. You will have to choose from the narrow band accordingly.
My requirements were simple-
Easy archiving
Local storage
Easily movable to external drive
Easily recoverable at the other side
My requirements were well fulfilled by Vaeem. This tool does them all at a high speed. Moreover, this tool offered mirror backing up in Online/Offline storages.
It helped especially when we had hosting issues last time. Unfortunately, our company could not save all the mails from the IMAP server. We lost a large number of emails. The mails in systems configured with Vaeem were well covered. That was the time when we opted to cover all our systems with Vaeem.
