I’ve been asked to come up with suggestions for HR packages that integrate well with SharePoint.
Either being based entirely on SharePoint, or allowing tight integration.
Can anyone suggest any?

This for a company of roughly 250 people, and we require a pretty fully feature solution. So almost everything you’ve suggested we’ll need. (Recruitment, Appraisals, person info, Holidays, Total Reward calculations etc.)
I’m about to start reading some Gartner reports on the topic, but thought I’d ask the community and see what comes up.
