HTTP Error 503. “The service is unavailable.”

One of my Web Application in SharePoint 2013 shows error

“HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable”

I checked in IIS Application pool and Start the respective service but the error still persist

The Issue is fixed now,

The Error is because of the service account credentials
