I have a problem after install sharepoint 2013. I can not access team sites or other sites.

-I can access Central Admin

Help me please.

it about local security policy : FIPS Compliant, i just disable it and restart

I think this problem about virtual machine.

this VM is production government vm. it is hardending vm

but i don’t know they config anything.

I have tried it, but not work.

authentication mode , i try NTLM,Kerberos,Basic Authen not have anyway work.
