not sure if this has anything to do with setting up the farm with a local id vs. domain id? Did you create the standard IDs (using something like Vlad’s https://sp2013serviceaccount.codeplex.com/), then promote your domain to a DC, install SQL with the proper IDs then install SharePoint? I am assuming you have never been able to load a page in SharePoint even once then? Did you try SPautoinstaller or the SharePoint wizard and download the prerequisites first? Which version of SQL and which version of SharePoint are you using?
