We have tons of best practices out there which are guidelines and there are few which are unique to our Business process and to us. So, if you can name three things, what are they? Be it release procedures, End-user Training or label the release. Tell us the top three and if possible, can you say if your Business Process has any influence on it?

I would always like documents for instance. I know it is tough to document everything but I had to learn the hard way when you support a system with vague documents and broken code it is hard if there is no knowledge why something was done or what was done.
