I am testing SP2013 Blog. When I add a video it displays the default film reel. How I can add an image?

If I add it from my created video (asset library) I can create the image and it displays. but certain links I insert won’t.

Do I modify the embed code ? If so what do I add. Or can I select this somewhere.
