Is It possible to import a list template with data from SharePoint Online to SharePoint Server 2013 and vise versa?

Hope doing well.
While looking into query , we can import list template might be you will face “The type could not be found or it is not registered as safe.” this issue which will appear at the time of creating new custom list with this template in SharePoint server 2013 on premise.
2. You can import list template form SP2013 to SharePoint office 365 site with data.
