Infopath 2010 in Sharepoint 2013 Error

Hello,

I have am trying to publish an Infopath form to sharepoint and have it query a database and retrieve information to put in the form.

I have published the form and uploaded the Db connect but i keep receiving the error when we try to fill in the form with db data the error is shown below. 

Any help with my much appreciated i just cant figure it out, i had this working before, but on this install im getting this error. Enterprises services are enabled.
