So I have an InfoPath form in SharePoint 2013. This form pulls from a list that has pay rates. I also have an archive library. Once a month we collect hours of time worked on certain items for specific departments. Here is my dilemma. The form opens fine, pulls in pay rates, life is good. The problem occurs when we place the form in archives for each month for each year, and when the pay rates change t, because of annual raises, it changes all the pay rates on the form for each year. Once the form is submitted it does not retain the previous year’s pay raise, it shows the current pay raise. Is there any way to avoid this? Currently we take snapshots with pdf to preserve the form with the correct pay rates for the correct year and month.
