I am a new member and this is my first post …. hopefully it’s where it belongs 🙂
I have been tasked with creating a Sharepoint presence for our IT department, and currently working on an inventory replacement form. I have successfully created the form in Infopath 2013, and published to Sharepoint, however, whenever a new entry is made the previous entry is removed. I would like an ongoing list of entries, and not sure what is preventing this.

Yes if you are just editing the form, then it would replace his name with yours. It’s the same form and you are just changing the people picker. If you needed to record a history of who had their name in that field, it could be done by adding a comment section with versioning turned on. You could then have a workflow write the name in that field to the comment section each time the ticket is edited. You are likely to end up with some unwanted entries though.
