im trying to create an “approval workflow” while emailing approvers and the question is if i can insert in the email body on the workflow the list form so the approves can accept/reject the request without navigating them to item link or to the task link.
Thanks in advanceÂ

Hi,
You can insert the data from the forms by using look up to the fields in the current list item the workflow is running on. You could add HTML too to format the view of the data. But what you are asking for is lazy approval which is not possible in SharePoint.
You could do the same in Microsoft flow. Check the below link.

thanks for sharing this. you have any issue related to Gmail Account contact with AOL Email Support. if you have the problem in Change AOL Password then you can contact.
I wonder why people couldnt think of a better name,  but to tell u ‘Lazy Approval’ is the name of the feature that you asked for 🙂
So Chanakya there is no way to make it happen or just insert in the body of the email 2 buttons (Accept/Reject).Also im using sharepoint designer 2016 so i cant edit any workflow created in sharepoint 2010 and in SPD 2016 there is no action available “Start approval proccess in current item”. Any suggestion?
Thanks for your time and your suggestion. I dont have permission so i can vote. Also i am working with lazy people…… xD
