Can you explain a bit more what you need to do? I see the link you posted, are you having trouble buying and configuring that? Or are you look for another solution?

Great Yusif. You could build something customized out using SP-Addins or SPFx. Moodle has an extensive API https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Core_APIs
