Hi, Just wanted to introduce myself, and throw out my first questions.  I have been in IT management for the last 4 years, and before that I worked in Power and Controls doing HMI development on Honeywell systems.

I am new to SharePoint, but I have seen a lot of it in action (good and bad examples).  I am a member of several forums and I always try to contribute and help, and I intend to do that here, even it is from a beginner’s perspective. I look forward to learning and helping others.

My first question:

I am working on a team space that uses an image map to allow the user to click a certain region on the map to direct them to a multitude of places.  I am doing this on SharePoint that resides on 365, and have already done the HotSpots through Designer 2010, pasted the code (from <map> to </map>) and it works fine.  Now, I want to be able to simply change the opacity of the hovered region on the image that has a HotSpot to show the user where they are region wise.  I am not a coder, and I want to keep this simple as I want to be able to turn this over for daily management to someone else.   I don’t think what I am after is that hard, but I don’t know the code or where to place it.  Any help would be appreciated

Thanks in advance,

Bill
