So, is the enterprise ready for social? Is SharePoint?

I’m not entirely convinced. Certainly the “shiny new thing” demand is there .. but I have yet to see value in the workplace .. at least at large, enterprise organiations. I think it will come, and business models are slowly arising – genxers and such want social — but I keep hearing stuff like – “I’m too busy to learn how to use this” and such.
I’d love to see more case studies ..
