Design Manager would be my choice… but then, I’m not a developer so there you go…

I’m taking a SharePoint-Branding Course next week by Heather Solomon.

Basically I’m still a developer and I ask this on Yammer and only got about 4 replies.

The Question:

A) Design Manager

B) Visual Studio 2012 Solution with or without PowerShell

C) Either – Depending on Convenience.
