I am trying to create a Staff Directory in SharePoint 2013 (OnPrem, Enterprise). Following this URL: http://www.sharepointconfig.com/2013/05/how-to-create-a-simple-sharepoint-2013-people-directory/
However, not working real well.
Here’s the current error message I’m getting:
Finally worked through this issue. Got the site started, but am getting no results.
I can go to the search box on the home page of the site and enter a user’s name and find documents they’ve authored or are mentioned in, sites they’ve added content to, etc. it appears search itself is working. Just not the people portion of it.
Need to know how to check the crawls on the MySites to see if that is the issue and then how to fix it. Help always appreciated.
So it is an issue with the crawl, my question now is how do I resolve this?

It appears the issue is with the permissions. Search crawl log is showing “access denied to the sps3s location. Now to figure out what account is being used so I can go set Full Read permissions for it.
