I have been using Forms for several months with great success. Today one of the folks that I sent a duplication link to received the message below. Has something changed? How can I send forms to others, so that they can duplicate and receive their own responses? All my contacts have their own accounts and have done this before.

Find the form you want to copy in your list of forms, click the ellipses button (…) in the upper right corner of the form preview window, and then click Copy.
