Is there a way to lock a row in a SPÂ library? Say I have a document that I don’t want any more action on. Can I lock that row so the document could not be downloaded or edited?

Permission the item to be read-only for all users if you want the item to still be viewed. Otherwise, you would remove all permissions from the item (i.e. only admins can view it.)
