I’m having a problem with a Lookup column. I understand the limitations with which column types can/cannot be used for Lookup. What I do not understand is why, once I choose the column to use for lookup, I cannot choose a secondary column with it. Please see below-the option is grayed out. Any assistance is appreciated!

Part of it is that the lookup query basis the secondary options depending on the first option choice in the drop down. Have you tried selecting say Title or Term as the first option to see if that changes the selection?

Was “Contract Admin” created in Visual Studio? What kind of list are you working with?
Can you select multiple columns with Lookups for other lists in your environment?
