I know what Managed Meta Data and Site Columns are however I always get confused with relationship between them.
I know we can create term sets for navigation, search etc.. and site columns to be used e.g. in a list ( again for navigation and search purposes maybe ?).
and content type is just meta data (dunno what it’s practical use it or in what scenarios it been used)
I would also like to know what are the most common scenarios or purpose of Managed Meta Data, Site Column and content type is.
I have fair amount of SharePoint development experience but didn’t really that much around this topic.
