I have created a microsoft flow that is triggering a mail from our shared mail box .
The User has owner access to the shared mail box, however, the mails are not getting triggered and giving below error:
User account or mailbox does not exist.
.Any ideas what this could be?
If you are using a different account to get in to flow & using the shared mailbox address as From address, you need to ensure permissions are provided in “Send as” & “Send on behalf of” sections.Â
Also you need to check if you are able to login to the mailbox and the mail box is able to send/receive mails.

It may be a sync issue with Azure AD. The User that has owner access is a new user ? can you try with another user ?
