I want to copy the content from an O365 site to another O365 site on a separate tenant with all the pages with webparts, lists and libraries and the design without changing the createdby and modifiedby metadata. I have only 3gb of data. I have a few questions which are listed below:
- What are the options I have for achieving this task.Â
- Can i use the free trial of Sharegate for this.Â
- If I don’t want to go for any 3rd party tools, how can i copy the data to the new O365 site which is on a separate tenant provided the metadata for them should remain intact i.e.created, modified columns.
- Even if the pages cannot be copied, can i atleast copy the lists and libraries.

While need to migrate mailbox data, you need to third party solution to accomplish the job in hassle-free manner.
One which come in mind is Shoviv exchange manager which is very proficient to get this job done without having any interruption.
For moving the structure you can go for PnP provisioning. But to move the contents as you required, you need to rely on a 3rd party tool. As export import lists/libraries using powershell is available only for on-premise.
