Migration

I am looking for some help, I have created a Microsoft Access 2010 Database that is divided into front end and back end. Front end is located on individual computers and linked to a sharepoint server located in our Microsoft Office 365 portal. All seems to be working well however we would like to move the back end to a different License of Microsoft Office 365 and use the server on that site. I can download the lists to my desktop, but can’t load to the new Office 365 site. 

Please suggest me..
