Hi there,

I have a normal out of the box sharepoint 2010 website . I try to import multiple documents, everything works fine but while I try to import from a Shared Folder I can’t import PDF, but xls or doc works. Those same pdf transfered successfully while they’re copied to another local folder and then droped in the site. The only difference is that they came from a shared folder. I looked many solution like, maybe their name, their size, trusted file/destination, firewall but it seems that there’s no problem in there. While I try to import those documents with that shared folder, there’s no error message, they just not appears in the import list. 

Anyone knows why this happens?
