Need to migrate “Notes” column and content from SharePoint 2007 list to 2010 list

Anyone know how to migrate the notes column in a list and it’s content from 2007 to 2010I used content matrix to move the list, then import/export to move the description field. Now the users want to move the content in the “notes” column. Out of ideas at this point
