I am a beginner of sharepoint development , I want to create News letter with different types of list and send mail to subscribed users , that news letter must have design , but how can we implement like that, .

This probably doesn’t get to exactly what you want, but we’ve tried to put together brief HTML e-mails to promote our SharePoint site(s) and reference content with links. It’s pretty easy (we found a good tool) and helps promote SharePoint and links to various pages and list views.
