We’re using SharePoint online and are fairly early on in our usage. When using Newsfeeds and tagging a coworker, we assumed that when starting typing @JOH that what is attached would come up. It lets the person pick from those they are following and then everyone else. However, we don’t get that type of display to come up consistently. For some people or sometimes, they only see people they are following and don’t see the Everyone option below those they are following. Is there any rhyme or reason to this working consistently from your experience? I don’t think it’s a permission issue. This particular newsfeed is in a department site and the members are experiencing the issue. I have owner permission and can sometimes see it working like we expect (in the attachment), but it doesn’t work consistently for me either. Any ideas?
