Hi All,
Am not able to do edit sharepoint 2013 subsite, when i go to site action–>edit page, page not editing mode i have full permission for this site.
Please advice, Thanks in advance!!

Are you using IE11 64 bit? This can cause issues on the Edit page that shows it is in edit mode but you are not able to edit.
Also if you have permissions to the site then SharePoint will let you have the Edit button even if the actual page has fine grained permissions on it. With fine grained permissions you may not actually have permissions on the page itself. I would suggest checking the gallery and making sure.
