Hi!
My client would like to remove external users to show up in people picker control. I have found that it is possible in premise SharePoint but not in O365 SharePoint.
Have anyone know solution to this or better information?

At this point in O365 you cannot edit the people picker control beyond removing the ability at the tenant level to search & autofill addresses in the People Picker.Â
