Is there a way to screen emails being sent/received either internally or externally for any adult images they may contain?
I have seen that there is an MS Flow connector for content moderation but it doesn’t appear to quite do what I want.
My aim is to be able to identify the sender and/or strip the image out of the email.

Ideally, I would like to use a third party or add-on product. I was looking at Flow as it offers a \”free\” solution as part of our 365 subscription. If I can keep it open source, free or as part of our existing suite of MS product that would be best. At this stage, it is PoC so not something I want to invest cash into.
