Multiple users get asked to log back into Office 365 several times a day.

This problem can be resolved by setting security to Anonymous.
- From control panel go to mail and open Outlook profile
- Click on Properties>>E-mail Accounts>> Change
- Mover to ‘More Settings’ and click on Security Tab
- Uncheck ‘Always prompt for logon credentials’
- And select Login security as ‘Anonymous authentication’
- Click on Finish and then login to Office 365
