Sign out all Office.Removing all the stored credentials in the credentials manager (Control Panel >
User Accounts > Credential Manager > Windows Credentials). (NOTE: This will remove your stored passwords.)
3. Run regedit as administrator ->from Registry Editor, browse to: （Windows+R -> type in regedit > click OK）
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Common\Identity
Then delete the Identity folder.

Nope. This didn’t help on my Dell Vostro
