We have a few users who use the ‘Clutter’ feature on their Office 365 mailbox. Clutter seems to have worked yesterday, but today not so much.
Clutter is enabled, and no issues reported by MS.
Anyone else seeing this behaviour?
I didn’t find the right solution from the internet.

You aren’t the only one unfortunately…I wouldn’t worry too much about it right now. The clutter has never actually worked very well. Microsoft will be replacing clutter with a focused inbox, similar to Google.
The reason clutter doesn’t work well is because it using machine learning to determine how to handle emails that should or shouldn’t be clutter. If your employees inbox has complex rules or many rules, clutter basically falls on it’s face because it has a hard time figuring out exactly what email is important you.
