Can we attach workflow or something like that with One drive for Business?So that we can trace what is happening with our One Drive.

That is a good question and worth testing out, but I’m not sure a workflow would be something you’d want to manage depending on how many users in your organization have a OneDrive (personal/Mysite). What type of tracing were you thinking about? If its a compliance thing, Office 365 offers some functionality and monitoring capabilities. Have you checked out the Compliance Center in Office 365 Admin? There you will find Data Loss Prevention and Retention options for OD4B and SPOnline.
