I have recently had problems to find up-to-date information about how the recycle bin in Onedrive for business works.
If a user deletes a file from OneDrive, the file is placed in recycle bin. If the user deletes the file from the recycle bin, the file is placed in the two phase recycle bin and if he deletes the file from this recycle bin then the file is permanently deleted?
Is there a recycle bin where admin can restore deleted files for users if they delete their files from OneDrive? I have found no such a recycle bin (in articles they say that there should be the recycle bin for end users but I cannot reach it as admin). What am I missing?
Please could you help me and also specify the duration for how long are deleted files placed in recycle bins?
