We are in the need of some general email management for a group of project / power users. Â The need is fairly simple, to copy / move an email from MS Outlook directly in to SharePoint. Â Having a prompt to ask for some metadata would be a nice, but not necessary bonus.
I know of some 3rd party apps, KnowledgeLake / Calligo as examples. Â If possible, we would like to avoid them, or at least, find one which is super simple for our users. Â We don’t want / need additional features.

Brief update on my progress as two products are already out of the running.
Knowledgelake Connect is out of the running due to price – They have a great product I’m sure, but not an outlook only solution, which the price very much confirms.
Harmon.ie – They have recently moved to a SaaS model, with a 3 year license term. Â Right now, I am unable to purchase this type of license. Â I will say I did download their trial with mixed results. Â Sadly I cannot move forward with the evaluation.
On the other hand, I am adding a product named Oneplace Mail. Â
The 3 products all are competitively priced at near 100 per user, for a hundred users. Â I have not done any intensive negotiations, just working off of list.Â
With the 3 products left, I will be showing them first internally, and then to the business. Â I expect to have a solid decision within 2 weeks.
