We are in the need of some general email management for a group of project / power users. Â The need is fairly simple, to copy / move an email from MS Outlook directly in to SharePoint. Â Having a prompt to ask for some metadata would be a nice, but not necessary bonus.
I know of some 3rd party apps, KnowledgeLake / Calligo as examples. Â If possible, we would like to avoid them, or at least, find one which is super simple for our users. Â We don’t want / need additional features.

I’m one of the architects of OnePlaceMail and glad it’s made it onto your list. Our guiding philosophy is to bring SharePoint to the user it a simple and intuitive manner that minimising training so I certainly hope it fits your needs. Our development priorities are driven by real user feedback so I’d certainly be interested to hear your feedback following your evaluation.
